Thin fabric won’t last long – As an NYC rider, I’ve accepted that covers are “consumables”– I’ve rarely had one for more than two years before it’s blown away, stolen, or torn. That said, I’ve used several brands and this one is of the thinner variety. It is nice that it has three buckles beneath the bike, but I don’t expect it to last more than a year.

Nice moped cover – This cover works well enough, I’ve noticed on extreme rainy days there may be a little moisture within but not much! Lightweight and clips easily into the tire to prevent it from blowing away (along with the elastic bottom). I unfortunately had this pulled up and away from the exhaust after riding to keep it away from the heat but it must have fallen lower because the strap/buckle rested on this and effectively melted onto the scooter. I was able to remove mostly but wished there would be an easier way to cinch this higher to avoid such instances in the future.

Mine’s outside, it lasts one year – For the price it’s cheap enough to buy one once per year. It lasts that long. I may have to tape (inside) some tears during the last 2 months or so. It is outside all year in the hot CA sun so it does fade (the black) and it does thin out, hence the tears and rips later in life. It fits my 150cc scooter perfectly even with a cargo box on it. I’d rather buy these once a year than pay $30-100 for more expensive ones that will eventually die too.
