Charging phone – I basically got this to charge my phone. I am on a 2022 Springfiepd darkhorse and keep my phone on my bars when using GPS. There is no USB plug other than the right-side bag. So needed something to use as a power source. This works great for what I need.

Good charger – I wired in charger to a keyed power on my motorcycle and store it in my windshield bag and run charger cable to charge my phone when it is mounted to handle bar holder

good enough – Charges my Samsung S7 while the screen is always on while also charging two action camera batteries with the 2nd port. Power cord is a little short, it just barely reaches the center of the handlebars on my DRZ400S.

Doesn’t power on – I connected the power directly to my Yamaha vstar battery, the USB does not power up, however the cable has power, I test for power using a multimeter, 13.9v to the cable but nothing to the USB

Great while it lasted (9 months) – worked great! for 9 months. I guess it’s not as waterproof as they suggest?!?!?! I noticed the display was flashing (which usually means motorcycle battery is UNDER voltage)… but batt was A-OK (13.6V!)… so looked close, and in USB socket you can see one of them looks ‘charred’… so tested with power supply, still broken, then took it apart… you can see fried circuits. oops.

Besides I purchased it for the USB output. I haven’t tried that yet. It seems like a quality product based on materials used. I have no experience with longevity using products manufactured by them however, it was inexpensive so if I get a year or two use it would be worth it.
