Small And Powerful – I recently received my Skight Tire Inflator Portable Air Compressor At first glance, it looked too small to have enough battery power to run a compressor big enough to inflate a tire very fast. I have had many tire inflators and this one is about a quarter the size of most of them. Even the best of them overheats if I try to inflate more than two tires. The last 3 tire inflators I have purchased we’re much bigger even without the battery and charged very slowly. They have either overheated and broke or their hoses broke and weren’t worth fixing.

Compact But Powerful And Accurate – I have been using a pancake style compressor to air up things around the house like the bike, the golf cart and the car. I have been needing something that was smaller and more portable and could go in the back of the car for emergencies. I looked at several mini compressors that were battery powered, and then came across this Skight Inflator. The size and weight were just right, and the extra features were a plus. So I ordered it and it came in just a few days. I charged it fully and then tried it out first on my fat tire e-bike. The tires were down to 17 and should be at 30. I set the dial for 30 PSI and in about 2 minutes the tires were at their correct pressure. It runs quietly and when I tested the tire with my own digital gauge, they were right on the money. The golf cart tires were at 15 and should be at 22. Again, after setting the PSI to the number I wanted, it only took around 2 minutes or so to fill each tire. My car tires were not very low, but being much larger I wanted to give them a good test. I took out some air to simulate a low tire at 25 PSI. I usually keep them at 35. This took a little longer, around 4 minutes, but the inflator stopped at the pre-set level and shut off. It was warm but not hot. The battery level was still in the green after those tires were inflated, so I put it back on my charger to see how long it would take to bring it back to full charge. It took less than 10 minutes to do that. So, I think this little jewel will do what I need and I will put it in the back of the car in case I should need it along the road. I like the flashlight feature in case you need to fill a tire in the dark. There are only a few things I feel this would need to be a 5 star product.
