    Good quality but NOT a full set for my 2009 GL1800 – The only reason no 5-star rating is this: The ad seems to indicate this is a replacement set. Doesn’t specifically say it, but it is indicated. And a replacement “set” it isn’t, so don’t expect such.

    The slot grommet will not work on a 2002 VT 750 Shadow Ace deluxe – The oval grommets worked very well with the two lower cover studs, But the slot grommet for the upper cover tab is far to small to fit securely in its place. This is on my ’02 750 Shadow Ace Classic Deluxe.

    Every Goldwing rider should carry a set ! – These grommets are the type of inexpensive but necessary parts to carry on your Goldwing travels. Your sidecovers are prone to “lift off” in winds, or at high speeds, if your existing rubber grommets are either worn or broken. Replace the “old” ones, or check to see if you have the proper number of grommets now on your bike. A good insurer, so you won’t lose your side covers — regardless of the year of you Wing.
