Product Received Just as Described – Although I’m not sure deer whistles work to deter deer, I know they don’t hurt so I have them on our cars as we live in a very rural area. I bought these to replace a previous pair as one came off (I think in the car wash). A very simple product so there is not much to say good or bad about them. If I don’t hit a deer then they’re well worth the money.

Deer get out of the way – I have my deer whistles mounted on the front of my motorcycle and truck. NOTE – these whistles are mounted to your vehicle on the right and left sides as instructed by the manufacturer. Look through the deer whistle, the one you can see through is mounted on the RIGHT side. The whistle that you can not see through is mounted on the LEFT side. Every little bit helps, recommend using the whistle, but mount them correctly.

Has helped – I live in the country and work late so come home in the dark. I purchased these after getting a new car and am so happy I did. On multiple occasions I have seen deer running towards the road, only to turn back to run the opposite way, or stopped completely before getting to the pavement. I have never seen deer act like this before (without honking horn, etc). I will never have a car again without these.
