Holds the phone well – it grips the phone great. I believe there is no way it could come out even in the roughest terrain. That said the ball clamp will move even when tight so it doesn’t stay where you put it. a smooth ball in a smooth socket just wont stay. I am planning to rough up the ball some and see if that works. I would buy again.

Pretty good overall – I like this lock overall, its cheap and affordable and my phone hasnt flown off yet on the highway. Ive mainly gone around 80mph. If you plan on doing 150 or something then i dont know but for me its worked. It lost a star because the more wear and tear it takes, the more the little button gets harder to click in the back. Ive had a few times i could not get the phone out for the life of me cause the button wouldnt unclick. Overall its pretty good tho.
