Unable to tell. Just get it, no instructions how to assemble – Former auto mechanic if I can not figure out how to assemble pieces together next few days, no choice except to send it back. 1 hour after watching video I have done. Ok to have it if I ever need to use it when hand not available

It works, but needs instructions – Use it with my iPhone 13 mini. With this price it turns my phone as a go pro, I feel it’s worth it. The big complain is that there is 0 instruction. I had to search for it and find a video to follow. This could be stated with a QR code on a paper. It’s not hard to install but without instructions you don’t know how to put it together.

It gets a B+ – For most who use it for bikes I could see this not being for you, as you can see from the video just from me setting the hook it moved the angle down but was corrected but using the tool that comes with it to tighten it, it doesn’t come with instructions but it’s pretty common sense if you hook up GoPros, strap works good for me tight fit which I want, for fishing if you use the tool and a screwdriver to tighten everything it’s good for a few catches then you may have to readjust it but for bikes I don’t see it happening my honest opinion!!!
