Perfect for a 6 yr old. – Purchased this for Granddaughter to ride with her mother. She use to ride with her arms wrapped around her mother and helmetbin her mother’s back. It’s taken her awhile to get confident enough to set up and just hold the handles but she’s getting it now. We didn’t like the idea of a vest in her that attaches to the rider. Seemed like the rider could lady on the child if they came off the bike. The belt provides a secure place for the child to hold on while still being able to be thrown clear in the event of an accident.

Hang on honey – I ride a ZX-14 and A Hayabusa and my wife says she felt like she was going to slide off when I would take off. So we tried this belt out. She loves it and says she feels a lot safer. It’s not uncomfortable for me just feels weird when I wear it.

He understands the principal of leaning the bike over on turns. My daughter does as well, but doesn’t ‘tuck in’ very tight as she likes to have a look around as we ride. The harness needs to be adjusted very differently for each of my children as they both have different ideas of being passengers on a sport bike means.
