With as loud as it is, trust me… That will get annoying even for the most patient of people. Other than this little issue, I have found this item to work exceedingly well. I haven’t had to charge it since I opened the box, and that was like 2 weeks ago,so it holds up well for battery life.

Loud as heck – This alarm is loud. That’s the good news. The bad news is that for mounting on a bike, I feel like it’s a little lacking. The bracket that holds the alarm part of the module is flat on the back side. This makes it hard to attach to a round tube on a bicycle. It would have been nice to include some foam or rubber “tape” so that it could “grab” onto a round tube of a bicycle frame. The bracket for the remote is curved and will fit nicely on the handlebars (if I decide to mount this onto the bike).
