Ok item – Super easy installation and set up. No problems yet. Only con is that when clutch is pushed for more than a second the gear disappears from the screen. Other than that it works like a charm.

It’s ok…pretty bad instructions. – It’s OK but the instructions are pretty bad. Also you need to reset it out of the box as its not in the learning mode. Instructions were a bit off on how to do that.

Remember to reprogram – I have a 2007 VFR800 and this indeed did plug right in to that capped off red harness. Bit strange I have to insert the pins in the supplied connector myself, but whatever. Initially thought it didn’t work but then read the instructions. You have to reset the memory (cycle key on/off 5 times before the indicator is done counting down) until the indicator is blinking “L” . Once its doing that you have to go out and ride. Stay in gear 1 until its done blinking 1 and starts blinking 2. Shift to 2nd and ride until it indicates 3…etc. After that process this is working exactly as expected. And its 1/4 of the price. Good deal

Doesn’t work correctly – Gear indicator shows 123445 when shifting gears. After paying for this and paying for install at my local dealer I’m out… spend money on something a little better

Works beautiful – Product arrived 1 week earlier and installed it the same night. Very easy to install and works perfect! Will recommend it to everyone that does not have a gear indicator on their Honda!
