Connectivity Issues – I bought two of these units, one for my helmet and one for my girlfriends. I had sporadic connection issues between the two units —sometimes they would sink sometimes they wouldn’t despite following the instructions to a T. I called customer support and they were very responsive and concluded that one or both of the units was defective and sent me another set. Unfortunately the second set suffers from exactly the same problems as the first. The installation was easy and the sound quality is fine, but I can’t use them for my intended purpose. I’m going to have to make contact with customer support once again.
