Not what I was expecting – I purchased this because I do a lot of highway riding and wanted something I could listen to as I ride. I received this and had not tried it out until recently, after I installed it on my helmet and went for a ride. I could not hear anything on the speakers even at a slow speed, I don’t have a loud motorcycle. I have a 2007 Yamaha Star 1300 tourer. it is a fairly quiet bike. I came home and readjusted the speakers in the helmet and again took a ride. a bit better, however, at speed on the highway again I could not hear anything. I am very disappointed in this unit. It is of course too late to return it as it was purchased last year 2021. and I had medical reasons where I could not ride my bike. So lesson learned. I will be looking for a better model of bluetooth with better (louder) speakers.

Great helmet audio system – Mounted on my Shoei helmet. Sound quality is great! Easy to hear music, calls and navi. I will say I had an issue at first to turn it on and off while wearing the helmet.

Great for the price – I like the concept of this Bluetooth device. It works and looks good. The only problem ( and it could just be my helmet) is that while riding the sound is low when talking to someone via phone. They can hear you perfectly but hearing them is a hassle. The battery life is ridiculous! I left it on for two days and it still had juice a day later. Still haven’t had to charge it yet.

Because of my mustache, it doesn’t matter where i position the microphone in the helmet, my mustache will tend to brush it. It is not really that annoying, just wish the microphone was flatter. Other than that, fairly easy to install in my Shoei helmet, and the sound quality is solid – also works great with Siri. Highly recommended.

Unit has lost connection couple times for no reason. Not tested intercom function as of yet. Battery life is excellent and charges quickly. Only supplied charging cable works for whatever reason. Paired up great with Sedici Viaggio Parlare Sena – After putting my Sena built in system into Universal Pairing Mode (hold center button for 8 seconds until it says Universal Paring) it paired right up with this LEXIN. Sound quality was okay and low. On the LEXIN long push the up arrow button until you hear beeps and keep pushing. This raises the volume and once done we could hear each other clearly for an 8 hour day.
