Pricey and the jury is still out…. – The jury is still out on these grips. I had read that they were smaller and easier on your hands, but they are HUGE. Much larger than stock rubber grips. They have a nice feel, but I find it very easily to turn. I’ve adjusted the throttle and idle cables several times to try and eliminate a touchy throttle, but I still find that you just have to breathe on the grip and the throttle surges. I found a thread related to these grips where folks were discussing the larger diameter of the grip and/or an elliptical cable ramp taking up more cable quicker. I’m going to have friend look at the cables to see what he thinks. It’s not something that I can’t live with, but it’s a little disconcerting to have a surge as you slowly start rolling on the throttle coming out of a turn.

Look great – Install was semi fine with minor issues here and there. The glue provided was at first I thought old and dried up. But it’s just very very thick. Smeared what I could out of the tube on the non throttle side. Grip slid over fine with no issues. Believe the glue worked because that by grip isn’t moving now. Well see how it holds up. The throttle side installed fine. Worst part was adjusting throttle cable and idle cable just right for no binding and or hanging up. All said an done I’m happy with the out come. Would buy again. FYI these were installed on a 2017 Harley fat bob with dual cables not the electric throttle style.

Always wanted these grips! – I got these used of the Amazon Store, and they said the only issue was the packaging was damaged. That was correct! I got $80+ grips for under $40 – super pleased. Kuryakyn’s directions were mostly good, didn’t mention a couple of small tips (such as make sure you don’t reassemble the switch housing too close to the locating pin, or there won’t be room for everything to fit), but generally it wasn’t too tough. Just be super careful that everything fits perfectly BEFORE you use the glue – when they say it sets in a few seconds after you stop moving the grip, they’re not kidding.

Installs quick and easy and fits perfect – Price was comparable to anything HD has in store. However the iso rubber makes a huge difference and is super comfortable. The overall diameter was larger which also helped to reduce fatigue in the hands on long rides and coupled with the throttle boss was a total game changer. Especially since my road king doesn’t have cruise control. Would totally buy again well worth the money and looks sweet on the gloss black finish

Nice grips, but a mount redesign would be nice. – Iso Grips are usually the first purchase I make after buying a new motorcycle. I’ve purchased Kinetics before to try something different but ended up ditching them and going back to Isos because these were just too narrow for my mitts.

Comfortable! – Had these installed on my trike when they put on new 12inch handlebars. Great choice and the palm lever eases the tension in my hand joints.
