Great product and easy to install! – This is a great product. For a beginner like me I had to watch install videos on youtube. Fits perfectly on my 21 street bob. I have a faring and it helps project the sound to the rider. Worth the money!

Handle bar mount – I installed this on a CanAm 1000 Xmr. There are multiple mounting brackets included in the box. The 2 smallest handlebar rings still didn’t fit. The smallest is too small, the next size up is too big. I used the bigger one, and wrapped black electrical tape around the handlebar until it filled in the gap and tighten down.

Works pretty good – This speaker works pretty well for me. I have a Softail slim with a windshield and my exhaust is not loud. I can hear tubes at 75 mph. That said I believe the effectiveness of this speaker is very dependent upon whether you have a windshield, loud exhaust and how far from the speaker you sit. The sound is clear but absolutly no bass. Kinda of sounds like an old transistor radio. It’s is clear and is still the best option I have found for tubes without using earbuds. My previous bike was a Harley touring bike, Roadglide with a 300 watt amp and that cranked. This does not come close but as I said does provide you with some tunes. The discription stating 300 watts makes no sense as it also states 22 watts per channel max. Even at the claimed 4 channels that is 88 watts not 300. It only uses a 10 amp fuse so no way it draws 300 watts

I can hear the music clear at 90mph and more. – One day I was driving home after work. I saw a guy on a softtail Harley with the speaker on his bars. I rolled down the window, asked him if that was the RT, he said yeah and it’s bad ass. So I ordered one. All of my buddies have music and I was assed out, you know. I had speakers on my bike before, a waste of money not that great. I also would like to mention, I’m not mechanically inclined, so I had a shop install it for me. I like things done correctly. So I went to the shop, picked up my bike, put on Hoovhie Mama from 2 Live Crew and I was blown away. The bass, treble and mids were on point. Moving on, the Road Thunder is like, Damn. The sound quality and loudness are equally matched. If you have a bike with no music, I do recommend this son of a gun. You will not be disappointed. Sincerely Bodacious.

Also the first one I got was faulty and the customer service was down right horrible it took months to finally get Amazon to deem the situation a refund due to the company not responding to any of my emails and when they finally did I returned it and they never send me a replacement back so luckily Amazon refunded me the money and I ended up buying the same product but directly with Amazon not the the 3rd party company it was about 150$ more expensive but I’m very happy it’s defiantly worth it i recomend it remeber the instal is not easy but with alittle time and research YouTube you’ll b able to figure it out

Worth it. – Put it on yesterday and immediately got on the highway. I have a windshield on a 07 Yamaha roadstar with an aftermarket exhaust. Anything over 80mph and you’ve got to try really hard to hear what song is playing. 80 and below is golden. If you want bass this ain’t it chief. It screams but doesn’t boom. Worth it in my opinion. (Will update if things go awry with actual quality)
