Wrong part – I ordered the wrong part, it was to small for my “ring”. The quality seems very good, I would have been happy if it was the right one.

Great replacement option – This was used to replace the netting for a passenger set, not on the handlebar as described. Other than it is HARD to change out the netting, in order to get the little rubber grips back into the holes, I had to use a ton of grip strength and a pair tweezers, it works perfectly. And to be honest, if it wasn’t so hard to change out, it probably wouldn’t hold you cup in place. Would recommend, just know your likely to get a hand cramp.

Easy replacement – This was an easy replacement for an old holder. Cut off the rubber tabs of the old and pull the new ones through. As it seems all motorcycle parts are, $30 is probably about 2x what it should really cost but still much cheaper than replacing the whole assembly.

Works well with pull-back handle bars… – Works great on my 2005 Honda Shadow SpirIt. I tried the cup holder that attached to the handle bar clutch bracket, but, because my handle bars a swept back design, I had to exchange it for the bolt on clamp design. The clutch bracket attachment, would have mounted the cup-holder in a position where the windshield would not block the wind from blowing my cup or bottle around.

Very good quality! – “There are many like it but this one is mine” Very sturdy. Heavy chrome no plastic here. Mesh and bottom of basket are also good quality and not cheap looking, easy to install I bought fit for 1” Diam bars and it fit like a glove! Stays tight over time (as this is the 2nd one I’ve purchased) If your going to put something on your bike, make it a good one! Fingers in basket hold your drink tight and they’re made of rubber so if you want to trim them for a looser fit or a larger container you can. I did not trim them and I fit a regular 20oz bottle of Gatorade in it perfect. Great for them hot days sitting at a light!
