Great safety feature For my 90th anniversary BMW – This ridiculously simple device has allowed me to maintain very good flexibility on my throttle hand, therefore easing my ability to apply my Front brake. As I am applying most of the throttle pressure with my palm and not my fingers, my fingers, hand and wrist do not go numb. After I played with it for a while I also found that it was easy to adjust for different speeds by simply twisting my wrist in a clockwise position and sometimes, in heavy traffic, I adjusted to where it doesn’t affect the throttle at all.

Would give 5 stars but…. – A few months later….Would have given 5 stars but the rubber that holds in onto the handlebar dried up and now I need a new piece of rubber. Otherwise highly recommend

This is awkward to use. – The throttle twist exceeds the useful positioning of the Throttle Assist cruise device. That means it is in the way when running at speeds – even dangerous – and/or there is a need to readjust it for highway cruising which can require a full rotation ba ckwardsaround the throttle grip. I leave it off unless my journey requires a long highway ride. Then it does add to a more relaxed hand comfort level.

not worth the money – it gets in the way on short trips

Relaxed usage – Easy installation and easy to use. Only wish it was a little longer. Otherwise I like the item.

Initially Met Expectations, but… – August 2022: I like the fact that the throttle attachment can be rotated out of the way when not needed, however, the thickness of the attachment can be felt through my gloves, and takes a bit of getting used to. Also, when using the attachment on the freeway, it tends to rotate down after a few miles, but that is not too much of an issue because it is so easy to raise it back up with very little effort.

Just ok – it works ok but It seems to move around a lot. I have to keep adjusting it

This one actually works – I bought some other version of this concept a while back and it didn’t go on my bike at all; in fact, I only flexed it a little to attempt to get it on the throttle grip, then it snapped. I didn’t try again to find a different one for a while, figuring they were all alike. But, they’re not. This one is much better made and installs correctly in about 30 seconds, and the plastic is much more flexible so you can actually work with it. It would only take about 10 seconds to install if it weren’t for the rubber strip you have to fiddle with a little to get positioned right, then work the Throttle Holder device over the top of it. But, 30 seconds still isn’t bad.
