Great Value! – I bought these for my 20 mile wintertime commute. I paid $60. I’m really impressed with the quality at this price point. I usually wear 33″x30″ jeans and so I ordered the 36″x30″ size so I could wear them over my jeans and there is plenty of room in them. I thought maybe I would be able to slip them on over my shoes, but they will not, so I have to take my shoes off before putting them on or taking them off. The length is also just a tad bit short, so when I’m on the bike my ankle is a bit exposed. The included padding seems just fine and is really well integrated. Overall it seems like a lot of thought went into the design and execution of these pants. I don’t know how they can sell them at this price point. Deal of the century if you ask me.

Come hail, wind storm, rain or just riding, these pants ROCK! – Oh my gosh! Early Novenber in Wisconsin the Legion Riders decided to take a 200+mile ride to support a fundraiser. I wore layers underneath. We encountered a wind storm that was blowing the Harleys around, then hail and some rain. I stayed dry, warm and comfortable. Other Riders were asking about my pants and I love them so much I just purchased the matching jacket. So much easier to be able to throw them in over whatever and ride. I’m a new rider at 63 yr and a female Veteran. These pants take some worry out of the equation too. 3700 miles my first year. Next year they will be going on a trip with me! Definitely worth every cent!

Fits over your jeans or thermal long underwear – I am very impressed with the quality of these pants! They are very light yet made of high quality 600d cordura nylon outer fabric. The zippers and elastic are very good quality. It is quite waterproof I have found. I was very surprised to find some protective padding built in near the hips and knees. There is no rear pocket but there are good sized and well located side pockets. I purchased this for adventure riding and am very pleased.

Great pants for the price or in general – I needed a pair of pants for cycling, and had already bought a summer cycling jacket from same vendor that worked out well. These pants have exceeded my expectations. They are designed to facilitate wearing over other pants (I’ve used jeans or sweats so far), and I went slightly smaller on size knowing they expand.

Not Cheap Pants – I’m impressed with these pants. Compared to more expensive clothes, they match up pretty well. Based on other top brands for $300-$400, I’d estimate that these are roughly 60% the quality. Easily worth $150-$200. The material is tough with ample padding where needed. Hip and knee pads line up perfectly. Sizing is true to size. If you buy your Jean size, expect these to fit like your jeans. No room for pants inside, but, comfy without them. Pair of long underwear and these are long adventure worthy. They look good too. Not too baggy, not too tight. Good quality zippers. I suspect the hook and loop fastening will wear out sooner than later. But, at this price, you can buy 5 and still be inexpensive.
