Loose, but with reason. – I just recieved my package. Immediately went to put them on and…loose. Both grips were too loose. I measured the grips and measured my bars. Same size. I then measured exactly on the bar where the grips go. Sure enough, my bars went from 25 millimeter to 22 millimeter for grips. My suggestion to all is use a micrometer on the exact location for the grips before purchasing. The grips are as advertised (25 millimeter).
