Great functions for the price – I was looking mainly for a bluetooth to utilize my cell phone when riding but even though my Goldwing has an intercom I ordered this one to have that function as well. I have not had it long but so far am well pleased. The set-up was easy the only mild complaint I had was that I would like to have a little more volume. This may be user error and I did not spend too much trying to pump it up higher, but even though I have never submitted a complaint, the manufatcurere contacted me and is offering a free upgraded headset. I have to say, compared to the price of other similar products I am very pleased with my purchase and the customer support.

Decent with Excellent Customer Service – For the price they seem to work. The bass is non existent. Also they don’t get loud enough to hear what someone is saying in a phone conversation above 40mph. I’ll definitely be upgrading soon.

We love it! – Bought this to use on my wife and my 3/4 helmets. We love being able to connect both to my phone for shared music and have had no problems hearing each other even at 70+ (we ride a Goldwing with a high windshield so YMMV). Handles phone calls great and I can clearly hear podcasts, which has been a major issue with others I’ve tried. The battery life is wonderful! We’ve had them for a month now and it still says battery full every time I turn it on. I typically ride several times a week as the motorcycle is my main form of transportation. It was easy to install. The only two negatives are the instructions don’t warn you that the USB-C plug is directional. I assume this is so you can put the mic on either side, but I installed mine, found the sound was backwards, uninstalled and reinstalled, and it was still backwards, then I had the thought that might be the case. The other issue is if you’re listening to music via Bluetooth, you have to press a button and wait for it to switch both headsets to intercom. I find myself weighing how important the thought is vs just speaking to my wife as we would in the car. Because of this, if you’re using both music and intercom, you wouldn’t be able to warn your passenger of a sudden maneuver. I suspect you could get around this by using an app that lets you hear the microphone audio, but haven’t tested. These two things aside, I would absolutely buy again and have recommended to other riders.

Good for the money – Was a little hard to get walkie mode activated. Easier to just call other person(or conference call multiple people) your riding with in 1 helmet communication is good up to around 60. Other helmet (better quality) is good too around 80

Awesome, esp. compared to more expensive brands – For the price, these can’t be beat. For comparison I also have the Sena 20S-01 bluetooth set up in a different helmet which retails for $340 at the time, so this is nearly 25% the cost of the Sena. Yes, you can find a Sena now for $200, but that’s still over twice the price.
