It doesn’t stay in place very well. – It looks cool. But it comes out of the socket way to much. Not very good for motorcycle use. Especially on an adventure bike

Works as advertised – Some reviews suggested that the quality is poor. My experience is that it is a reliable, solid piece of kit for my 2010 BMW K1300GT motorcycle. I use both ports at the same time to charge my phone and my spare rechargeable bluetooth headset. The volt meter is an interesting addition. I have no idea if it reflects the correct real time voltage or not, but I like to see the read out. Furthermore, the blue light is very easy to see and is attractive. The light is a little too bright at night, but I have grown accustomed to it after some time. The device has been used on the bike for 4 or 5 thousand miles now with no problems.

Solid piece of hardware with a bright blue led. – Charger is solid, fits in the socket securely. Haven’t got to use it yet, but am happy with the quality and size of the unit. The blue led is quite bright and may be distracting depending on where it’s placed on your bike. It works great for my BMW application.
