OEM shield – Dark Gold Irdium. Works perfect with my helmet. Works perfect for sunny rides, little dark for night. But the transition shield the helmet came with was great for night, but not so much for sunny days. So choose your weapon wisely

easily scratched – I have not used it yet in humid weather, the install was a little tricky but not bad, you have to bend the pinlock insert slightly to get it in. the visor is easy to connect to the helmet. I was disappointed when I went our and noticed a scratch on the visor already. on my first trip with it, I did notice the Pinlock insert interfere slightly with my view, It was not a lot and I soon got used to it. I did notice that when the sun shine into my helmet it distorted my view slightly. I think this visor would work well under humid or rainy conditions but you should use your regular visor during sunny days

Great deal, includes Pinlock insert – I’ve been wanting to get a Pinlock system for my helmet ever since seeing how well it worked on friends helmets. I have a Bell Revolver Evo helmet. Being an older model, and as far as I know, no longer manufactured, makes it hard to find accessories. So when I found this deal on Amazon, I was happy. I was unsure however, because of the vague description, if this was just the shield, or the shield AND the Pinlock insert. Also, the main image on the ad does not look like the correct shield for the Bell Click Release helmets. But I took the chance and ordered it. When I opened the box, I was happy to see that it is in fact the correct shield, and includes both the shield and the insert. It’s a great deal considering a clear shield alone cost the same as this Pinlock shield and insert together. I haven’t used it on my helmet yet, but I have no doubt it’ll work great, like most Pinlock systems.
