Overkill for inflating car or bike tires – This inflator assembly connects to an air compressor hose, and replaces a basic inflator with: a basic inflator on a short hose, a pressure gauge, a squeeze trigger valve, a push-button pressure bleed-off valve, and a digital pressure gauge.

i like the tool flr its quality build. seems accurate at low pressures less than 30..very happy. – the hose is very helpfull. There is a clamp on tip somit attaches to the stem. That has to be set right or it leaks, so that being the only thing i spend time doing.. I LOVE THIS AIR GAUGE.

Better than I expected, especially for the price. – Never bought from this brand, but it was honestly better quality than I expected. I work at a dealership and I’ve seen people with similar design inflators made of cheap plastic, but as soon as I took it out the box found that this wasn’t one of them. I expect it to last me for a good while, especially for the price. I tested it against a digital and a mechanical pressure gauge and it read true.

Doesn’t always seal around the tire valve and requires some manipulation – It often fails to seal around the tire valve. With a little manipulation, it will seal and allow the air to enter the tire valve instead of leaking around it. For some reason, it always reads 1 lb. higher pressure than the another digital tire pressure gauge. No clue which is more accurate but I would buy it again.

Worked, failed, replaced – Purchased this inflator/guage in April of this year. The chuck leaked and I notified the company and they sent a replacement chuck in timely fashion. I may have used the tool 3 times since then and it worked ok…chuck still leaked but it was minimal. Today, I use the guage/inflator to check some tires and based on the guage, the psi was 29….tire needed to be at 32psi. When I went to check every other tire, the guage read 19 psi…..if you added air, it reads 19 psi….if you remove air…you got it…19psi. Since the guage uses batteries to display reading, I changed the batteries in the hopes of a different reading…nope! I notified the company of the problem and “crickets”….no sound from the company. What I thought was a good guage is not and what I thought was a decent responsible company is not. I’ll be happy to update this review if I hear from this company as of now, the best way to use this tool is as a wheel chock! UPDATE: As promised if I heard from the company I would amend this review if necessary. The company did respond and after validating the problem to the satisfaction of the company, they have sent a replacement inflator. I have not yet tried it but they did make good on a replacement. The company deserves the benefit of the doubt at this moment and happy to say they did listen. I believe this company is in China so allow a minimum of 24 hours for a response

Excellent Inflator for the price! – I purchased this inflator to replace an aging HFT inflator that served me well for many years. In fact, I used the HFT inflator just prior to ordering this. The big problem with the old set up was an analog gauge that went from 0 to 200 PSI. It’s hard to figure what the pressure is at the low end, (inaccurate), really is since an analog gauge is more accurate at the mid-point of the gauge. Is that 34 or 36 PSI? Hard to tell.
