Great Mount – I have no problem with this mount. I have it attached to my 78 Harley, no windshield and the mount stays right where it should. The wind doesn’t move it at all. Very happy with this product.

Able to Fit My S21 With the Case – I like that I was able to fit my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone in it’s case. I did not want to have to take it out of the case in order to mount it. The clamp to the handlebar is very sturdy. However, I will note that tightening the part that allows you to adjust the phone seems like it could use an upgrade. I’ve tightened it as much as I can by hand, and the phone still moves a little more than I’d like. I will qualify that statement by saying I have not taken by e-bike on a ride yet. So it may be a non-issue, but we’ll see after a ride. I will adjust my rating to 5 stars if there are no issues. Everything else is very sturdy and I believe this will last for a while.

Exactly the bike iphone mount I was looking for. A bit pricey, but does the job. – I have wanted a bike phone mount for my iPhone 7 w/Otterbox Defender case. I previously tried the GUB mount, but my road bike handlebars were too thick.

not secure enough for bumps – Nice design, but my iPhone has been thrown out 4 times going over moderate bumps. I’d like a refund or exchange for a more secure product.

This is the most exceptional holder I’ve ever used. – To me the stand-out feature is the fact that it easily accommodates phones protected in sturdy cases like my Encased protected phone. (better than Otterbox!) The whole thing is simply “over-engineered” in a good way. So many clamps act like they are sturdy but when you put them in action, they break just from daily use. Not this one. The clamp is LARGE. That’s not going to break. The main phone holder is also over-sized and will absolutely protect your phone and isn’t going to break. The only part that might break is the connection between the clamp and the phone holder but under stress, it will move before it breaks but your phone will be doubly protected if it’s also in a case.

Works fine if you don’t have a bulky case nor use a ring or pop socket – I bought this to use on my daughter’s bicycle. To cut to the chase, the product is easy to install and does secure a phone very well. As big as it is, you would think it could handle accessories attached to the phone, like a larger case, a ring, or a pop socket. Most phone cases it seems to handle fine, but it would not hold my daughter’s phone that was both in a average sized case and had a ring accessory secured to its back. It was just a tad too thick to do both. My solution was to remove the ring from the case, but a shame I had to do that to get it to work.
